Personal Safety & Self Defence Course (Private Bespoke)

This course is specifically designed for people with all levels of fitness and ability who have previously taken the beginners course. It builds upon the theory and practical reality based personal safety and self defence concepts, strategies, and techniques.  You will learn more advanced techniques on how to avoid, respond, and defend yourself in real world scenarios.

Duration: 4 or 6 hour sessions

Prerequisites:  Completion of Beginner’s Workshop

Number of participants per session: up to 20

Content

Refresh beginner skills
Self Defence concepts & strategies
Real life scenario drills
Intermediate self defence skills
eg. Defend against knife attacks & from the ground, positive restraints
