Positive Psychology

Positive psychology is about happiness, wellbeing and flourishing. We will be running workshops about discovering our strengths and how we might embody them in order to create a better life.  We will also talk about motivation, authenticity and resilience and how we can be a better us.

Research has shown that sharing stories has great health benefits.

We provide a safe space where women talk about a variety of topics. Many of us have given up a lot to follow our spouses/partners around the world.  We have learnt many skills along the way but it hasn’t been easy. We want to create a comfortable space where we can share stories and make meaningful connections in order to make the experience of moving to a new place less daunting.
