Strength Training Classes (Link to page)
This class is a full-body workout – legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms, and core – using body weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other small equipment.
Boxing Classes (Link to page)
This class focuses on getting the heart pumping by doing boxing, kickboxing and other cardio exercises. You don’t need to have boxed before – we will introduce you safely to all the techniques.
Bootcamps (Link to page)
This is a new addition to our classes. Always held outside, the first half of the class is military style training (ropes, barrels, lunges, presses etc) and the second half of the class is either the opportunity to practice some self-defense moves (if you have been on one of our beginner self defense programmes – link here) or some equally fun and challenging exercises if you haven’t 😉
All our classes are done in groups. Most people sign up with a personal trainer because they lack the motivation and/or skill to train effectively on their own. By signing up with a group, you immediately become accountable to each other to turn up each week, and in the process you gain friends who can inspire and motivate you (as well as share a few moans and groans along the way).
We can easily modify exercises to account for individual needs – and we do this often – so please don’t be afraid to ask or come along.
